Job Overview
The Assessing Coordinator is responsible for managing assessment bookings and ensuring claims are correctly processed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate assessment appointments to guarantee timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Provide administrative support, including quote management and coordination of post-assessment activities.
- Work closely with towing provider partners to meet service level agreements.
- Collaborate with claims teams, customers, repairers, and providers to address assessment-related queries.
- Identify areas for improvement based on job experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of Claim Centre and MS Office Suite.
