Accident Claims Specialist

As an Accident Claims Specialist, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals who have been affected by motor vehicle accidents. By providing exceptional customer service and guidance, you will help them navigate their recovery journey with confidence.

The Opportunity
  • You will be working within our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, where your expertise and compassion will make a real difference to people's lives.
  • This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that fosters trusted relationships with all stakeholders involved.
Your New Role
  1. Provide high-quality customer service that exceeds expectations, ensuring that customers feel supported and informed throughout their claims journey.
  2. Navigate complex challenges with ease, growing your knowledge and skills in the process.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers, guiding them through each step of their recovery with empathy and understanding.
  4. Manage end-to-end claims, receiving support and mentorship from experienced leaders as needed.
About You
  • Prior experience in insurance claims or allied health is highly valued, but not essential.
  • You possess a strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Resilience and composure are key qualities, allowing you to remain calm under pressure and provide the best possible support to vulnerable individuals.
  • You are confident in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent active listening skills enable you to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
  • Solid computer literacy allows you to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
