Role Overview

This position is designed to enhance Circana's proprietary analytics solution, Unify, for key retailers across the APAC region. You will oversee all reporting aspects of data delivery to essential retailers, taking full ownership of reporting outputs and Unify Platform management. Additionally, you will manage some routine operational components while cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders among our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of client reporting by collaborating with internal teams to deliver all requested changes promptly and accurately.
  • Provide high-quality Circana deliverables to clients.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership in managing all aspects of content delivery for key retailers.
  • Proactively oversee client deliverables through daily activities, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions.
  • Build strong rapport with key client contacts, enhancing Client Satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter Score) metrics related to navigation and reporting functions.
  • Investigate data modifications and communicate their implications to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Alert senior management to potential risks before communicating with clients.
  • Understand industry best practices, benchmarking performance metrics against external sources to maintain competitiveness; leverage and implement best practices across all service delivery elements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail/FMCG sector.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and plan effectively with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a desire to understand underlying issues.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Actively seeks and integrates feedback to improve personal performance and implement change.
