Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Surveyor to join our Colliers Engineering and Design team. As a Senior Registered Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and ensuring high-quality outcomes for our land & strata development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee land & strata surveying projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and standards.
  • Manage a survey team, calculations, and deliverables, providing expert advice and support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and reliable survey outputs and title advice, mentoring and supporting junior surveyors and team members.
  • Travel within NSW to conduct site assessments and due diligence, planning approvals, and engineering design through to completion of construction.

Requirements

  • Registered Land Surveyor (NSW) (BOSSI) with relevant qualifications and 5+ years post-registration experience.
  • Proven experience in large-scale land & strata development projects, with expertise in LRS NSW Digital Plans and strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
