About the Role

Circana is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service Manager to accelerate our proprietary analytics solution, Unify, for key retailers across APAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of reporting solutions for key retailers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of data insights, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, providing exceptional service and support to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Investigate data changes and communicate impact to clients and internal stakeholders, escalating potential risks as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, comparing performance metrics to external sources to ensure competitiveness and implementing best practices in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in retail/FMCG analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service and support.
