Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at Unisys. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software distribution and patch management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software distribution and patch management systems using ConfigMgr, Intune, and other systems management tools.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and client issues to ensure compliance with software rollouts.
  • Develop custom reporting capabilities to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess, plan, and upgrade systems management tools to ensure they remain evergreen and take advantage of new features.
  • Manage large-scale transition projects and ensure seamless execution of enterprise support processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and deploy Microsoft products in an enterprise environment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed infrastructure knowledge, including server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with recent technology changes and advancements in System Center Products.
Requirements
  • 8-11 years of experience in software distribution and patch management using SCCM/Intune.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, specifically in Change and Release management.
  • Experience in managing large-scale transition projects.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a changing technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell and experience with other systems management tools.
  • ITIL Foundation certification and/or certification in Configuration Manager and Intune are a plus.
