Key Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in advancing Circana's proprietary analytics solution, Unify, for significant retailers across the APAC region. You will oversee all reporting aspects related to data delivery for key retailers and take charge of reporting outputs and Unify Platform management. Additionally, you will handle various operational components and foster robust relationships with key stakeholders within our retail partners.

  • Ensure the quality of client reporting by collaborating with internal teams to deliver all requested modifications accurately and punctually.
  • Provide high-quality Circana deliverables to clients.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership in report and service management for key retailers.
  • Proactively oversee client deliverables through daily operations, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions.
  • Build strong rapport with key client contacts, enhancing Client Satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter Score) metrics related to navigation and reporting functionalities of our product suite.
  • Investigate data modifications and communicate their implications to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate them to senior management before client communication.
  • Understand industry best practices, benchmark performance metrics against external sources to maintain competitiveness, and apply best practices to all service delivery elements.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar capacity within the retail/FMCG sector.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and plan effectively with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a desire to understand underlying issues.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence decisions.
