About the Role

Circana is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service Manager to accelerate our proprietary analytics solution, Unify, for key retailers across APAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of reporting solutions for key retailers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of data insights, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, driving client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements.
  • Investigate data changes and communicate impact to clients and internal stakeholders, escalating potential risks as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, comparing performance metrics to external sources to ensure competitiveness and implementing best practices in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in retail/FMCG analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a curiosity to understand the 'why' behind data insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and plan effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
