  • Operational Support: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to our loyal customers.
  • Staff Training & Management: Provide hands-on training and support to the team.
  • Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth through effective management of stock and ordering procedures.
  • System Management: Efficiently use hospitality systems, such as IMPOS.
  • Security & Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
  • Event Coordination: Play a crucial role in promoting events and maintaining our high standards of service.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of front-of-house operations, including cocktail service and wine knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a team and engage with customers effectively.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to training and supporting staff.
  • A clear understanding of hospitality systems and the ability to use them efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.
  • A current RSA certificate is required.
  • A passion for great food, wine, and customer service

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-established venue and contribute to its continued success.
