At Melbourne & Olympic Park, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Event Workforce Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team.

This is a permanent, full-time role that will work across Monday – Sunday in line with our event calendar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, delivery and coordination of our event workforce, ensuring adequate support to our Venues and the events we host.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in Event Management and/or Human Resource Management.

About the Role
  • Workforce Scheduling: You will be responsible for rostering team members across our five Venues (Rod Laver Arena, AAMI Park, John Cain Arena, Margaret Court Arena and CENTREPIECE), from 10 to over 400 team members per event.
  • Event Day Workforce Operations: You will attend event days and ensure our workforce are checked in, have everything they need and are set up to deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Workforce Development Projects: You will support key projects such as recruitment, learning and development, management of equipment, amenities and uniforms, upholding performance standards, and policy and process development.
