Role Overview

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our Melbourne venues, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering a positive team culture. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating events, and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage venue operations, including staff supervision, event coordination, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $73,350 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Progression and training pathways from Duty Manager to Venue Manager.
  • Venue Manager KPI Bonus: up to $44,000 per annum.
  • Assistant Venue Manager Bonus: up to $5,000.
