We are seeking a skilled Assistant Category Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our Lamb & Organics portfolio. As an Assistant Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to drive growth and profitability across our category.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the category landscape, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability across the Lamb & Organics portfolio
- Work closely with suppliers to build strong relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage trade planning, ranging and pricing to ensure optimal product assortment and pricing strategy
- Lead and manage projects to deliver business outcomes and drive category growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in category management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
