Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our strategic partnerships initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving major business growth through strong commercial engagement with key partners.

The role involves ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders adhere to project timelines and deliverables, providing regular reporting and analysis to partners on portfolio performance and market conditions, and supporting the planning of new product ideas and marketing activities.

  • Collaborate with strategic partners to develop and implement annual business plans and performance budgets.
  • Support retail agency networks to drive effective growth across the business.
  • Provide monthly insights and recommendations to key partners on total portfolio performance and market conditions.
  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas, technology enhancements, and marketing strategies to meet partner needs.

Key requirements include self-motivation, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and proven experience in driving sales growth. A relevant tertiary qualification and ability to foster collaboration across internal stakeholders and partners are also essential.
