We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Business Manager to head up the Product team in Electrical. This is a highly successful category with fast growth and big wins.

As a leader, you will drive business objectives to grow the business, lead performance and strategic direction of the Business Unit, and drive product category direction & performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial Acumen in a product-led environment
  • Delivering exceptional outcomes and achieving strong category growth
  • Expertise in leading high performing product teams and driving growth of the online business for your category
  • Strong analytical skills - able to back yourself with numbers and data

The role involves developing and delivering business objectives to grow the business, managing top-class relationships with suppliers, retail partners, and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for driving product category direction & performance, and developing in-store trade marketing solutions with retail and suppliers.
