We are seeking an ambitious and strategic professional to lead category thinking, insights, and strategy across our Beer and Non-beer portfolio. As a key leader, you will drive growth opportunities and partner with internal functions and external customers to deliver results.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering category insights and strategies that inform marketing, trade marketing, and sales decision-making
  • Playing a lead role in strategic innovation and customer engagement with the marketing and marketing insights teams
  • Initiating, developing, and leading key projects to identify and solve strategic category problems internally and with trade partners
  • Providing clear recommendations and focusing on range and space objectives across existing SKUs and NPD
  • Translating the category strategy into joint business plans, category reviews, customer deep dives, and NPD engagement decks in partnership with marketing, sales, and trade marketing/customer marketing on delivery and execution
  • Creating and delivering category sell stories to external customers that link internal initiatives to external category growth opportunities through joint business plans, category reviews, NPD sell-in, and clear focus on range/space recommendations

**About You**

You are a motivated and analytical professional with:

  • Proven experience in category trade marketing and/or account management
  • Extensive consumer goods experience with major accounts
  • An autonomous approach with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
  • Analytical nous - you love to turn data into practical action
  • Impactful communication skills operating comfortably across all levels of the business
  • Ability to work at pace and navigate ambiguity
