Job Description
This pivotal role involves overseeing commercial and strategic pricing for both new and existing customers, while managing the lifecycle of our leased and owned assets. You will lead the project management and execution of strategic priorities supporting our goals, developing and implementing the commercial Go-to-Market strategy for new products and solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead project management and execution of strategic priorities
- Develop commercial Go-to-Market strategy for new products and solutions
- Define and manage brand story and marketing plans across various business lines
- Oversee pricing strategies and financial performance, ensuring alignment with organizational metrics
- Manage contract modifications and business re-pricing for existing customers
- Present RFP strategies and pricing submissions to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a motivated and aligned workforce
Requirements:
- Significant experience in commercial strategic pricing, product management, and project management
- B2B marketing and product development expertise
- Strong understanding of fleet leasing, automotive, asset, or rental and mobility markets (desirable)
- P&L management and financial metrics experience
