The Role

As the Senior Strategic Pricing Leader within the commercial division, you will lead the strategic development and project management of key priorities aligned with the Organisation's goals. This pivotal role involves overseeing commercial and strategic pricing for both new and existing customers, while managing the lifecycle of their leased and owned assets. It will play a crucial role in setting the new strategic horizon for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the commercial Go-to-Market strategy for new products and solutions.
  • Define and manage the brand story and marketing plans across various business lines.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and financial performance, ensuring alignment with organisational metrics.
  • Manage and optimise contract modifications and business re-pricing for existing customers.
  • Present RFP strategies and pricing submissions to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a motivated and aligned workforce.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in commercial strategic pricing, product management, and project management.
  • B2B marketing and product development.
  • Strong understanding of the fleet leasing, automotive, asset, or rental and mobility markets (desirable).
  • Experience in P&L management and financial metrics.
