Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus in collaboration with our chefs
  • Plan and coordinate special events and functions
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and pricing to meet budget requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Lead and train a team of waiting and kitchen staff
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent
  • AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
