At NRMA Parks & Resorts, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As an Accommodation Cleaner, you'll be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation of our properties.

About the Role

We're offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to work autonomously.

Job Description

As a Housekeeping Team Member, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Providing housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas to ensure the presentation of the property is of a consistent standard.
  • Linen changes, cleaning of cabins, replenishing stock and recording of items in rooms.
  • Working with a great team, but also able to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service and engaging with our guests.
  • Housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting.
  • Good time management and an eye for detail.
  • A resilient and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak periods, including school and public holidays.
