Job Description
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Develop innovative seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and inventory control, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Train, mentor, and support junior chefs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Creativity in menu design and presentation, with a passion for using local ingredients.
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
