Lead Strategic Growth at Endeavour Group

We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic growth and innovation across our business. As Head of Strategy, you'll play a key role in shaping our future and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine Endeavour Group's strategic plans, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on strategy, legislation, people strategy, and risk mitigation
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders and timelines, leveraging quantitative problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Develop and communicate clear recommendations, influencing stakeholders to catalyze positive change
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or a similar field
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to work in a high-performing team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and experience with strategic problem-solving frameworks
  • Superb written and oral communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organization
