Join Our Team as a Head of Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Strategy to join our team at Endeavour Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role

The Head of Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. This will involve working closely with our leadership team to identify key areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies to address these areas.

You will also be responsible for leading a team of strategists and collaborating with our business units to deliver key strategic projects. Your expertise in strategic planning, business development, and leadership will be essential in driving business success and achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of strategists and collaborate with business units to deliver key strategic projects
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on strategy matters, legislation, people strategy, and risk mitigation
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders and timelines
  • Use quantitative problem-solving and analytical capabilities to develop fact bases that inform decision-making
  • Develop and communicate clear recommendations and influence stakeholders to catalyze positive change
  • Inject creative and innovative thinking to drive business growth and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or a similar relevant field
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering business growth and development
  • Ability to work and excel in a high-performing team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving and frameworks
  • Experience in quantitative modeling and data analysis
  • Superb written and oral communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organization
