About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic People Leader to join our team as Vice President, People And Culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the People & Culture Strategy and operational plans, including talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and total rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive People & Culture Strategy that aligns with the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
* Lead the development and implementation of talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and total rewards strategies.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive employee engagement and productivity.
* Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that values employee wellness and work-life balance.
Requirements:
* Deep knowledge and experience of both strategic and people leadership practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record in talent management, employee development, and Diversity and Inclusion.
* Experience in a SAAS business is essential.
