Endeavour Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Leader to join our team as Head of Strategy and Innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success
  • Lead a team of strategists and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver key strategic projects
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on strategy matters, legislation, and risk mitigation
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders and timelines
  • Develop and communicate clear recommendations and influence stakeholders to catalyze positive change

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or a similar relevant field
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to work in a high-performing team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence across an organization
  • Consumer market experience and/or retail experience is an advantage
