The strategic resource manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing workforce utilization to support business goals, client objectives, and corporate strategies.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a forward-thinking professional who can manage forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and process change management to meet service agreements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Focus:
- Forecasting of long-term work volumes;
- Data analysis to develop accurate assumptions for planned initiatives and future forecast periods;
- Development of schedules to match volume forecasts;
- Operational Management:
- Management of large data sets to identify workforce shortages;
- Leave requirements and roster development taking into account multiple enterprise agreement provisions;
- Real-time management;
- Governance & Risk:
- Understanding business unit priorities and strategic goals;
- Action planning to support and drive business outcomes;
Requirements
We require a candidate with:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of resource planning with a focus on call centres;
- Strong workforce analytics experience, identifying disruption and success drivers;
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management;
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
- Experience in developing and delivering quality reporting;
