Job Title: Strategic Workforce Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Workforce Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of workforce strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
This role will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Provide guidance and support to teams to achieve strategic goals
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Business, Operations)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a workforce planning or coordination role
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
