We are currently seeking a strategic workforce management professional to drive the optimization of our workforce platform.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the platform across the business. The successful candidate will have experience in program or project management, ideally with exposure to workforce management systems.

A strong understanding of store operations and rostering is essential, as well as the ability to engage with frontline teams and communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive ongoing optimization of our workforce platform across multiple channels.
  • Manage product updates and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize workloads, capture requirements, and manage system change requests.
  • Oversee user adoption by developing training materials and guiding teams towards compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management, preferably with exposure to workforce management systems.
  • Ideal 12 months experience with our current workforce platform.
  • A strong understanding of store operations and rostering.
  • Experience in training facilitation, change management, and process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical detail and turn it into clear, practical guidance.
