About the Opportunity

Programmed Property Services is a leading provider of painting, signage and grounds maintenance services across multiple industries. As a Vendor Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our compliance team by onboarding new vendors, managing vendor documentation, and maintaining our vendor database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in an administration role is essential for this position.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, developing, and maintaining relationships with key suppliers to ensure all parties comply with policies and procedures.
  • A strong understanding of Navision/Dynamics 365 would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • You will work closely with the Compliance Team Leader to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) are required.
  • Fantastic communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills are necessary.
