Responsibilities:

  • Interface with vendors, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and track contract variations, high-value corrective actions, and reimbursable costs.
  • Support the Contract Manager and Facilities Managers in daily tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify contract needs.
  • Process incoming purchase orders and invoices while maintaining a centralized contract database and tracking key milestones.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for contract-related inquiries and assist with dispute resolution when necessary.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar contract management role.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex contractual terms, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
