Job Summary:

Talent International is seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, driving continuous improvement in our systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring that our knowledge base is up-to-date and accessible to all teams.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization, ensuring our systems are always running at peak efficiency.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide round-the-clock support, ensuring that our systems are always available to our customers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, driving efficiency and productivity across our teams.
  • Monitor the performance of applications, infrastructure, and associated data services using available tools, integrating these into dashboards for service performance monitoring.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for supported applications, providing guidance and support to our teams.
  • Adhere to IT delivery standards, procedures, and runbooks, ensuring that our systems are always delivered to the highest standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and excellence across our teams.
  • Manage release and deployment processes, ensuring that our systems are always up-to-date and running smoothly.

Required Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in integration technologies within one or more of the following technical stacks:

  • Java, J2EE technologies, Greenplum Database, PostgreSQL
  • IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM WBI Message Broker
  • Siebel operational support and CRM COTS product support
