About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Application Support Specialist, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and support critical business applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Siebel CRM and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Support: Provide expert support for Siebel CRM, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Integration and Data Management: Collaborate with teams to integrate Siebel with other applications and manage data feeds.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Resolution: Perform thorough analysis to identify and resolve application issues.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance application support.
  • Monitoring and Performance Analysis: Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Siebel CRM and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance application support processes.

Requirements

  • Must-Have Skills: Siebel CRM, product configuration management, integration technologies, and data extractions mechanisms.
  • Preferred Skills: Understanding of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, application monitoring tools, and ability to develop prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • Security Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance.
