Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring that their software-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver Support Remotely: You'll work closely with our clients to troubleshoot software-related issues, providing solutions and guidance to ensure their continued success.
- Learn and Adapt: You'll be responsible for staying up-to-date with our software system, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the development of new features and enhancements.
- Troubleshooting: You'll work closely with our development team to identify and resolve software issues, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.
- Organized and Independent: You'll manage your workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure that our clients receive timely support.
- Collaborate: You'll work closely with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, contributing to our collective success and growth.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: You'll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical Expertise: You'll have a strong understanding of software systems, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Customer Service Experience: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Technical Skills: You'll possess intermediate-level skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with experience in database management and SQL a plus.
- Time Management: You'll be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
