Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned implementation leader to serve as the primary functional architect on Workday implementations. As the go-to expert, this individual will provide strategic guidance and delivery leadership for functional area engagements.

This role requires a senior Workday product expert who can work closely with engagement managers, managers, functional area leads, and senior client resources. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday and be able to provide overarching strategic guidance and leadership on engagements.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple, concurrent Workday functional area implementations and ensure efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution.

Key responsibilities include providing functional leadership, overseeing functional area workshops and client confirmation sessions, acting as a sounding board, and ensuring cohesive structures and project communications are in place.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional leadership on multiple, concurrent Workday functional area implementations.
  • Oversee functional area Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions on Workday implementations.
  • Act as a sounding board and provide ad-hoc advice for EM and leads.
  • Ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery between areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current Workday Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Certified in at least two subspecialties in addition to their area.
  • Completed 3 full lifecycle Workday Implementations.
  • Led at least 2 Workday implementations.
