**Job Opportunity**: Senior Client-Facing Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a senior client-facing manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop efficient and scalable implementation frameworks for our future growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and project managing implementations of fintech and marketing SaaS and related services for new recycling scheme clients. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver effective and efficient implementations, reporting directly to the Agile Portfolio Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design an efficient implementation process to reduce implementation time from six months to three months.
2. Successfully implement SaaS products and services for new clients in a fast-paced environment.
3. Act as the key leader for new client implementations, managing stakeholders and building high-performing teams.
4. Develop a deep awareness and understanding of our SaaS products and services to guide and assess new client needs.
5. Deliver the commercial outcome expected for the implementations.

**Requirements**: A senior leader with expertise in implementing shorter duration SaaS projects in a repeatable process, including:
1. Minimum five to ten years of industry experience in project management, ideally in an Agile Environment.
2. Minimum three to five years of client management experience.
3. Broad business knowledge to understand client needs and leverage functional managers and SMEs to implement services for new clients.

**Desirable Skills**: SaaS software/service implementation mastery, project management skills, cross-functional team leadership, strong stakeholder skills, solid client management and commercial understanding, strong ability to analyze and break complex problems down into pragmatic solutions.
