The Senior Manager, Implementation will lead the APAC Implementation segment responsible for managing mentoring empowering and growing a high-performing team to meet exceed key performance metrics in customer experience time to value product adoption and team productivity.

This role requires a seasoned operationally-minded leader with extensive experience building executing strategic initiatives aligned with key business goals The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functionally with Sales Product & Engineering and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

Requirements:

A seasoned operationally-minded leader with extensive experience in team management process optimization and strategic planning. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.
