About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Engineer Dynamics Platform to join our team at Credit Union Australia. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the delivery team and other IT functions to provide support for the MS Dynamics CRM Platform.
  • Conduct upgrades, patching, and maintenance tasks to ensure key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Work with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all upstream and downstream impacts are accounted for.
  • Optimize and perform tuning of the platform implementations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
  • Conduct environment refreshes to ensure data is aligned across environments.
  • Monitor databases in the production environment and generate various performance metrics.
  • Ensure strong working knowledge of monitoring tools and good coverage of monitoring and alerting processes for critical failure points.
  • Ensure pen test results are factored into the platform backlog and remediations are planned in time to meet audit requirements.
  • Log and process production incidents.
  • Troubleshoot simple incidents and implement simple configuration changes in the platform.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in Information Technology, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or certifications in MS Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with platform operations support in Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power App portals.
  • Proficiency in ITIL frameworks with strong working knowledge of Service Now change management processes.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft's.NET Framework (C#), Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SSRS Reporting, Power BI, Fetch XML, and Web API.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD processes.
  • Exposure to hosting applications within the Azure environment and knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
  • Strong experience with Agile, Continuous Delivery, CI/CD Pipelines, QA methods, and tooling.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and microservice architecture.
