About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Engineer to join our team at Credit Union Australia. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the delivery team and other IT functions to ensure seamless support for the MS Dynamics CRM Platform
  • Conduct upgrades, patching, and maintenance tasks to meet key SLAs
  • Work with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all upstream and downstream impacts are accounted for
  • Optimise and perform tuning of the platform implementations as required
  • Manage code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality
  • Conduct environment refreshes to ensure data alignment across environments
  • Monitor databases in the production environment and generate performance metrics
  • Ensure strong working knowledge of monitoring tools and good coverage of monitoring and alerting processes for critical failure points
  • Factor in pen test results and plan remediations to meet GSB audit requirements
  • Log and process production incidents
  • Troubleshoot simple incidents and implement simple configuration changes in the platform
About You
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in Information Technology, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or certifications in MS Dynamics 365
  • Experience with platform operations support in Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power App portals
  • Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and strong working knowledge of Service Now change management processes
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft's.NET Framework (C#), Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SSRS Reporting, Power BI, FetchXML, and Web API
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
  • Exposure to hosting applications within the Azure environment and knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
  • Strong experience with Agile, Continuous Delivery, CI/CD Pipelines, QA methods, and tooling
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and microservice architecture
