Senior Dynamics Platform Developer

Great Southern Bank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics Platform Developer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of technology partners responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and developing the Dynamics 365 Platform for Great Southern Bank.
As a Senior Dynamics Developer, you will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Customer Service & Sales modules.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented developer to work from home two days a week, with a flexible work arrangement.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Implement MS Dynamics Power Platform and CRM application solutions to deliver business requirements with high quality
- Collaborate with the delivery team and other IT functions to support the MS Dynamics CRM Platform
- Understand business processes across key areas such as Sales, Marketing, Case Management, and Project/Field Service
- Undertake system analysis, solution, and technical design activities with high-quality documentation and realistic work estimates
- Ensure proposed design complies with Great Southern Bank's enterprise and solution architecture, and overall security and coding practices
- Undertake coding activities that comply with the intention of the Technical specification, using judgment and communication skills to alter where appropriate
- Undertake manual and automated test activities as per agreed unit test coverage and ensure adequate evidence can be produced as and when required
- Champion the adoption of Dynamics 365 application capabilities and Microsoft Power Platform services, and ensure best-practice design and development practices are adhered to
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or certifications in MS Dynamics 365
- At least 5 years of professional experience within Information Technology, ideally in the financial services industry, ideally across businesses or divisions
- Experience in leading the implementation of Dynamics Platform and building CRM capabilities in a large organization are highly regarded
- Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power App portals
- Proficiency in configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, custom workflows, and Power Automate
- Strong expertise in Microsoft's .NET Framework (C#), Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SSRS Reporting, Power BI, FetchXML, and Web API
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Exposure to hosting applications within the Azure environment and knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and microservice architecture
