Operations Support Engineer Dynamics Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Engineer Dynamics Platform to join our team at Credit Union Australia. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation. As the Operations Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the delivery team and other IT functions to support the MS Dynamics CRM Platform
- Conducting upgrades, patching, and maintenance tasks to ensure key SLAs are met
- Working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all upstream and downstream impacts are accounted for
- Optimising and performance tuning of the platform implementations wherever required
- Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality
- Conducting environment refreshes to ensure data is aligned across environments
- Monitoring databases in the production environment and generating various performance metrics
- Ensuring good coverage of monitoring and alerting processes for critical failure points
- Factoring in pen test results and planning remediations to meet GSB audit requirements
- Logging and processing production incidents
- Troubleshooting simple incidents and implementing simple configuration changes in the platform
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 6 years of professional experience within Information Technology, ideally in the financial services industry
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or certifications in MS Dynamics 365
- Experience with platform operations support in Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power App portals
- Proficiency in ITIL frameworks with strong working knowledge of Service Now change management processes
- Strong expertise in Microsoft's.NET Framework (C#), Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SSRS Reporting, Power BI, FetchXML, and Web API
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Exposure to hosting applications within the Azure environment and knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Strong experience with Agile, Continuous Delivery, CI/CD Pipelines, QA methods, and tooling
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and microservice architecture
