About the Role

This Customer Service position involves working closely with artists, collectors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience in customer-facing roles.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping people and has a keen eye for detail. If you're enthusiastic about technology and the arts, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via multiple channels (email, phone, live chat), providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Facilitate the entire order process, ensuring seamless transactions from placement to shipping.
  • Maintain site operation smoothness, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Pack and ship artworks as required, handling returns and other related tasks.
  • Participate in sales and promotions on the website.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A strong passion for helping others.
  • Evidence of either avid technology use or interest in the arts.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications.
