We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Adelaide, Australia on a full-time permanent basis.

This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build long-term relationships with our national and key clients, while making outgoing calls to promote our products and services.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional support to national and key clients
  • Drawing up contracts for services offered
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Processing enquiries efficiently and proactively resolving client issues
  • Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Making outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services

We are looking for a candidate with previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/account management), who is experienced in customer retention, has high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate must also be able to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously.

We offer a competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a supportive company culture and a range of learning and development programmes for colleagues to enhance their skills.
