About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cross-Functional Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end relationships with our customers to enable them to realize the value of the Fireblocks platform.

You will leverage your domain expertise and ability to frame problems and find solutions to help customers drive adoption and achieve business outcomes. Your primary focus will be on establishing regular touchpoints to review progress against technical and strategic objectives, including roadmap discussions.

Estimated salary is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
