Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team to deliver comprehensive HR services across the organisation, focusing on enhancing performance outcomes, employee retention, attraction, engagement, and compliance.
  • Implement programs to foster a positive and inclusive organisational culture, driving HR initiatives to enhance performance outcomes, employee retention, attraction, and engagement.
  • Manage HR budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee HR reporting, data analysis, and governance to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR policies and practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in senior HR roles, primarily in the mining industry. You will have comprehensive experience leading HR functions, with proven strategic leadership and a successful change management history. A background in M&A and Due Diligence, and by extension change implementation and integration, is expected. You will demonstrate a proficiency for assessing organisational issues and implementing effective HR solutions, combined with a strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities are essential, as is a tertiary qualification in human resources.
