About the Role

Roy Hill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Perth, AU. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to senior leaders and line managers on all HR and ER issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with department leadership team and line managers to align HR strategies with business needs.
  • Implement key HR guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure consistency.
  • Provide expert HR operational advice, support, and coaching across the entire HR life cycle.
  • Deliver strategic and tactical HR support and programs, including performance management, organisational design, remuneration, and benefits.
  • Engage with key leaders, influence coaching, guiding, and supporting talent management efforts.
  • Advise on performance matters and contribute to succession planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior human resources roles advising senior leaders on all HR and ER issues.
  • Experience in mining and resources sector or construction environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that support a strong ability to create and maintain professional relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of the Fair Work Act.
  • Detailed understanding of HRIS and processes.
