About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of HR activities, programs, and initiatives that drive business results and support the growth and development of our associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the hotel's business objectives and support the achievement of our goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to join our team.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our associates, driving performance and productivity.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and associates to support their career development and growth.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture and drive associate retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of HR activities.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of two years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with associates, managers, and external partners.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • You are passionate about creating a positive work culture and driving associate engagement and retention.
