The Role
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, employers and insurers to deliver effective solutions for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients
- Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing
- Attend workplaces to understand physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles
- Educate workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries
- AHPRA or ESSA registration is required
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology is essential
- You should have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans is necessary
- Up to 8 days of additional leave per year
- Paid study leave and experienced mentorship
