Job Overview

Konekt is seeking an occupational therapist, physiotherapist and exercise physiologist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

The successful candidate will utilise specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.

  • Assessing the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Performing assessments depending on area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
  • Develop and implement individualised return-to-work plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
