We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled professional to fill the role of Injury Management Coordinator. As a member of our team, you will play a vital part in helping clients navigate their return to work process following an injury.

The Injury Management Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with clients, allied health professionals, key stakeholders, and injured workers to facilitate their return to work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Director and injury management functions
  • Identifying strategies to prevent injuries
  • Owning key meetings, admin processes, and relationship management
  • Supporting return to work processes and liaison with key stakeholders
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients, partners, insurers, and colleagues

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Relevant qualification/experience
  • Strong people skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, energetic, and proactive approach
  • Strong organisational and planning expertise
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, efficient, and productive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows 10/11
  • A driver's license
  • HR/WHS exposure is highly regarded but not essential
