This role requires a proactive and people-focused individual to lead and support wellbeing initiatives across the site. The selected candidate will provide expert guidance on injury prevention, incident management, and return-to-work processes.

The goal of this position is to foster a safe, engaged, and compliant workplace culture while enhancing employee engagement through meaningful safety and wellbeing programs.

This is a hands-on role working closely with the site steering group and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in safety, wellbeing, injury management, and return-to-work coordination, as well as knowledge of manufacturing or operational environments.

A strong understanding of safety legislation and compliance requirements is also essential for this role.

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Position:

  • Develop and implement site-specific wellbeing initiatives aligned with organisational goals around injury prevention
  • Investigate incidents and provide expert advice to reduce risk and ensure compliance
  • Design and deliver wellbeing communications and training programs
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices in line with health, safety, and environment policies

  • Demonstrated experience in safety and wellbeing roles
  • Knowledge of safety legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
