Role Overview

As a rehabilitation specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with physical injuries. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement holistic return-to-work (RTW) plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with employers and stakeholders to design RTW strategies and injury prevention programs.
  • Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services that meet their individual needs.
  • Participating in tender processes and engaging with stakeholders through relationship-building initiatives.
  • Contributing to team training and mentoring programs to promote skills growth and development.
About You

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Professional experience in allied health or a related field, preferably within workers' compensation or RTW/injury management.
  • A strong understanding of employer-based RTW programs and their operational requirements.
  • Passion for improving recovery outcomes and supporting workers in returning to work safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders.
